Our Staff
At Caroline Chisholm School, we are proud to be a K–12 school that provides a seamless and inclusive educational journey from Kindergarten through to Year 12. Our dedicated and professional staff work together to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student is known, valued, and cared for.
Our university-trained teachers bring expertise across all year levels and have the flexibility to teach throughout the school. They are committed to nurturing a love of learning, supporting student success, and promoting wellbeing through a broad and balanced curriculum.
Supporting our teaching staff is a highly skilled team of School Learning Support Officers (SHS), trained in specialised health care procedures. They play a vital role in ensuring students with moderate to severe intellectual and physical disabilities are fully supported in both their learning and health care needs.
Our school is led by a strong and experienced leadership team including the Principal, Deputy Principals, and Assistant Principals. We are also supported by a range of dedicated staff including our School Business Manager, School Counsellors, Itinerant Support Teacher – Transition, Librarian, School Administration Officers, and General Assistant.
Together, our staff work in partnership with students, families, and the wider community to foster a culture of respect, pride, and high expectations. We are committed to providing every student with the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and personally in a caring and connected school environment.
