We are excited to inform you that Caroline Chisholm School has fully transitioned to the School Bytes system. This innovative platform has already streamlined various aspects of school administration and communication, making it easier for you to manage your child’s school-related activities and information.

Getting Started with School Bytes

If you haven’t yet explored all that School Bytes has to offer, here’s how to get started:

Access the Parent Portal: Visit the School Bytes Parent Portal to begin.

Create an Account:

• Click on “Create a new account.”

• Fill in your first name, last name, email address (the one provided to the school), and set a password.

• Click “Create account.”

• Check your email to verify your account.

Link Your Child(ren) to Your Account:

• After logging in, select “Link other student.”

• Search for our school’s name.

• Enter your child’s first name, last name, and current year level.

• Click “Search” and follow the prompts to link your child.

If you already have a School Bytes account for a child at a different school, you can conveniently link additional children and schools by selecting “link other student” at the bottom of your account.

School Bytes is now being used for a variety of essential functions, including:

• Paying for activities and school fees

• Giving permission for excursions and incursions

• Viewing student reports

• Providing reasons for absences

• Facilitating communication between the school and parents/carers

Use the Calendar Feature: Keep track of important dates, such as excursion deadlines and school events, by syncing the School Bytes calendar with your personal device.
Review Payment History: Access and monitor your payment history to stay on top of financial transactions.
